HR Team Leader (Limassol)

The HR Team Leader is responsible for the Company’s HR Strategy in terms of policies and procedures’ including recruitment, grievances, forecasting, proactive planning, compensation policies, budgeting, performance management and direct coordination with interrelated departments. As an HR Team Leader, you will be:

  • Up to date with all developments regarding human resources practices and employment legislation
  • Reviewing HR policies and procedures in compliance with new legislation
  • Forecasting and planning for future business needs
  • Applying recruitment & selection practices
  • Briefing new employees on policies and procedures in conjunction with the training department
  • Resolving employee grievances
  • Ensuring the proper submission of all payroll actions
  • Managing members’ benefits such as various allowances and schemes offered
  • Monitoring monthly productivity reports, evaluating members’ performance and setting new targets in conjunction with the performance committee
  • Managing work schedules for all staff
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of the human resource database and all employee records and files by keeping all relevant information
  • Preparing general reports, forms, letters, translations and memos as requested
  • Conducting performance management reviews of all members of staff
  • Participating in training and coaching sessions for Continuous Learning and Development

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resource Management
  • Professional qualifications will be considered as an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR positions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Active listening and critical thinking
  • Flexible personality, willing to adapt to different circumstances and personalities by experimenting with different ways of acting, encouraging interaction and fighting for fair principles which protect the welfare of others
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail
