Payments Administrator (Limassol)

The Payments Administrator is responsible for preparing all related payments. At GAN Direct we promise our customers that we will settle any claim within 24hr. Therefore, the role is critical, and the Payments Administrator shall follow strict deadlines in meeting the company’s promise. As a Payments Administrator, you will be:

  • Receiving and settling invoices
  • Preparing payments-related reports
  • Creating and maintaining claim files
  • Preparing, photocopying and distributing correspondence relating to payment activity
  • Dealing with telephone requests from customers and associates
  • Participating in training and coaching sessions for Continuous Learning and Development

Requirements:

  • University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Secretarial studies or studies in a related field
  • Higher diploma in Accounting – LCCI
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Computer literacy (MS Office:  Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and pleasant personality
  • Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to multitask
