As a Quality Control Assistant, you will be:

Meticulous about meeting standards and customer expectations, and committed to improving business performance
Participating in the coordination of the activities required to meet quality standards
Administering the performance of the quality management system, helping in the production of data and reporting on performance, measuring against set standards
Performing daily random checks on products and services offered within the company and reporting on corrective actions
Responsible for reviewing communications to identify areas of improvement and to identify best practice
Following up with customer complaints and identifying corrective actions to the Quality Management system
Participating in training and coaching sessions for Continuous Learning and Development

 

Requirements:

University degree in Quality Assurance, Business Management, Legal or studies in a related field
Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 Standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
Computer literacy (MS Office:  Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
Active listening, critical thinking and analytical ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and work within a team
Ability in numerical and statistical analysis
Aptitude for thorough investigation with attention to detail and precision
Be principled and have integrity
