  • Presenting, promoting and selling Gan Direct products in order to fit the customer’s needs, face to face and over the telephone
  • Handling customer needs, enquiries and complaints with efficiency, ensuring that the customer is fully satisfied, offering empowered solutions to customer’s issues
  • Explaining policy details to customers, including covers, benefits, services and policy exclusions with utmost honesty and transparency
  • Developing strong customer relationships
  • Handling cash and proceeding with banking transactions
  • Willing to travel to other cities throughout Cyprus when required
  • Participating in training sessions for Continuous Learning and Development
  Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or studies in a related field
  • Basic Insurance Certificate (PASC) or Insurance Diploma will be considered an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the customer service and sales field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Computer literacy (MS Office:  Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, quick learner

A Claims Negotiations Assistant’s main responsibility is to investigate, negotiate and settle claims in line with the company’s philosophy and procedures while at the same time keeping our promise to customers of fair and transparent claim handling and compensation within 24hrs. A dynamic personality is essential, as the tasks at hand demand strong negotiation and diplomatic skills, and a high understanding of how to treat others with patience and persistence. Casualty Care Assistant A Casualty Care Assistant’s main responsibility is to attend the scene of serious accidents and visit patients who are claiming compensation under any company policy, to provide emotional and psychological support to the injured/ patient. At the same time, the Casualty Care Assistant is verifying the details that will be submitted with the claim to ensure that they are legitimate. If you fit this profile, then Gan Direct is the right place for you! As a Casualty Care Assistant, you will be:
  • By the customers’ side immediately after the accident during their transportation to the hospital and help them in the process until their full recovery
  • Visiting customers for emotional support
  • Identifying possible fraudulent accidents/ claims and bringing them to the attention of Management
  • Completing the motor accident medical report and submitting it to the Casualty Care Team Leader, the Managing Director and the Claims Manager
  • Negotiating timely and appropriate settlements with insureds and claimants within their authority levels
  • Travelling in other cities when required (company car provided). This may involve traveling on short notice or outside the normal office working hours for emergency cases
  • Participating in training and coaching sessions for Continuous Learning and Development
   Requirements:
  • University degree in Sociology or Psychology or studies in a related field
  • Relevant experience will be considered as an advantage
  • Computer literacy (MS Office:  Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek

Assistance Controller (Limassol) Gan Direct is looking for customer-focused, professional, commercially-minded individuals to provide support as emergency specialists for our customers via telephone. An Assistance Controller will deliver on our promise to "be there" when customers need us the most, following an accident, a breakdown, a flat tyre, a dead battery, a problem at home or a health emergency. It's more than just a phone call! It's someone who's looking for help!  It’s Customer Experience Management! If you fit this profile, then Gan Direct is the right place for you! As an Assistance Controller, you will be:
  • Handling emergency calls around the clock and will be required to dispatch the right associate to customers within strict timeframes
  • Ensuring that you have sufficient technicians on call at any time and efficiently coordinate the Task Force team and our network of approved associates
  • Able to analyse a complex situation and filter complicated information
  • Required to have good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands-on approach
  • Working on shift rotation of 7:00am - 15:00 pm and 15:00pm - 23:00pm, including weekends and public holidays with additional allowances
  • Participating in training and coaching sessions for Continuous Learning and Development
  Requirements:
  • University degree in a Mechanical/Engineering-related field will be considered an advantage
  • Possessing relevant working experience as Call Centre Advisor/Phone Operator will be considered an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related environment
